This handcrafted, edge-grain cutting board combines walnut, mahogany, padauk, and maple hardwoods. It highlights different shades and grain patterns of brown wood, with long, straight grains of the walnut contrasting with the shorter, softer grains of the lighter-colored mahogany.

Al joined the wood strips with the strongest, food grade wood glue available and sealed the board with his homemade combination of food-safe mineral oil and beeswax combo. This board is 1-3/8" thick and works great as both a cutting board and charcuterie board!
