Yukata are lightweight Japanese kimono that are ideal for people who are wearing or buying a kimono for the first time. They are made of cotton making them very light and comfortable compared to traditional kimono.

This is a standard size yukata (length 147 cm (58 in)). It can fit anyone with waist/hip measured less than 43 in (110 cm).

Handwashing if possible. For tough stains, use washer and choose gentle cycle with cold water and don't wash it with other clothes. Please note that machine washing will slowly wash away the dye so the yukata will be less vibrant the more you wash it.
