High Lawn’s butter is slow churned in small batches and contains up to 87% butterfat, making it extra smooth, spreadable, decadent and delicious! The bright yellow color of each hand-shaped block comes from the Jersey cream, which naturally has a more golden yellow hue than other breeds of cows’ cream.

Ploughgate Creamery Salted Cultured Butter, 8oz - Ploughgate Creamery butter is made from fresh Vermont cream sourced from the Monument Dairy in Weybridge. The cream is cultured for 24 hours before being churned, giving the butter a distinct tangy, nutty, and slightly cheesy flavor.
