The 3DXSTAT™ ESD-PEI filament is versatile and suitable for various applications, including semiconductor, industrial, and more. It is ideal for creating parts such as HDD components, wafer handling tools, jigs, casings, and connectors. To achieve the best results, follow the recommended print settings:- Extruder temperature: 360-390°C
- Bed temperature: 140-160°C
- Bed prep: Use Nano Polymer Adhesive for optimal results
- Heated chamber: Recommended for reducing warping and improving layer adhesion
- Supports: Thermax™ HTS2 or Aquasys 180
- Drying instructions: 120°C for 4 hours
