Interestingly enough, apparently the RBR S4 Helmet was issued to Delta Force right after Mogadishu. To second that, our batch of RBR S4 Helmets all appear to be manufactured in 1995, and all are made in the UK.

Condition

Excellent: Needs Minimal T&E. Just a polish of the visor and a wipedown and your helmet will be in like-new. Inner liner is intact, and flake minimally or not at all. The foam padding around the back and side of the helmet only lifts on the edges, or not at all. Chin cup is present, and fully intact. Visor may be worn. Rear protective Kevlar neck protector is present. 

Good: Usable, but needs T&E. Visor polish, gluing of the foam liner inside, and small splits in the chin cup may be present. Inner liner is intact, and flakes minimally. May have tears in the liner. Foam padding around the back and sides of the helmet is present, but may need to be re-glued. Chin cup may be split on the edges, but remains functional (and repairable). Visor may be worn. Rear protective Kevlar neck protector may be missing.

Serviceable: Just like Good condition, but will need some parts of the inner liner replaced. Thankfully, craft foam pads are pretty cheap and easily available. To get rid of any remnants of the original foam liner, you'll want a strong degreaser.
