This listing is for four skeins of perfectly paired yarn from our 2021 Christmas Collection. Each skein is 100g and 437 yards. This is dyed on our squishy sock base by default. Be sure to check out our other Christmas colorways too!

These colors are perfect to fade together because they are each different enough from the next to make for a visually interesting knit, but have similar colors that tie all 3 skeins together. There are many patterns out there specifically made to fade, but you can also do your own fade technique with any pattern of your choosing! 

Every skein that you receive will look very similar to what you see in the photos, though no two skeins will be perfectly identical due to the way this colorway is dyed and the unpredictable nature of spatter dyeing. I try to keep these on hand to ship out right away during the holidays, but we still ask that you allow the regular processing timeframe of about a week due to the popularity of these sets and the fact that I'll be dyeing many of these to order. 

Care:

All of our yarn is dyed with professional acid dyes that are wash-fast. That being said, excess dye may still come off in the wash, especially if you wash in hot water (please don't do this!). And although Superwash wool is treated in such a way that it will not felt the way that normal wool does, we still highly recommend washing it by hand in cool water to ensure that it lasts as long as possible.  

If knitting or crocheting with this yarn, you can block it by simple rinsing in water with a drop or two of a neutral soap, then lay it flat and pin it into the shape that you want your finished object to dry in. There is no need to soak the yarn in order to accomplish this.
