Linco-Spectin Injectable is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial solution containing lincomycin hydrochloride (33.3 g) and spectinomycin sulfate (66.7 g) per 150 g.
It is indicated for swine in the treatment of gastrointestinal (e.g., swine dysentery, colibacillosis, salmonellosis), respiratory, and joint infections caused by susceptible pathogens.
In poultry (chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, pigeons), it is used for the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases caused by sensitive organisms including Mycoplasma spp.

Dosage:

• Swine: 10 mg/kg body weight orally for 4–7 days.

• Poultry:

  • For Mycoplasma prevention: 150 g/660 kg body weight during first 3 days of life; then 150 g/2000 kg body weight for 1–2 days.

  • For Mycoplasma treatment: 150 g/150 L drinking water for 3–7 days.

  • For infectious coryza: 150 g/200 L water for 3–7 days.

Withdrawal period:

• Pigs: 8 days

• Poultry: 2 days

Contraindications:
Do not use in ruminants (e.g., cattle, sheep), horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, or hamsters due to risk of fatal digestive disturbance.
