This Comp Cams 11-718-9 BBC Drag Race Solid Roller Camshaft fits the 396-454 Big Block Chevy from 1967-1996. Comp designed this cam for super gas as well as super competition use in a 3200+ lbs. vehicle, and it features good torque and a lopey idle. A 11.0:1 or higher compression ratio and a 5400+ stall speed torque converter or 4-speed are highly recommended.
