This Howards Cams 120605-12 BBC Hydraulic Roller Camshaft is designed for 396-502 cubic inch Big Block Chevy engines from 1965 through 1996. Howards designed this cam for hot street use, and it features great mid-range performance and a mild idle. A 9.5:1+ compression ratio, an aftermarket/ported intake, headers, lower rear end gears, and a 2900+ stall speed torque converter come highly recommended.
