All our marbles are treated, however, a little care will ensure the longevity of your marble piece. We recommend to use a non-abrasive cloth with mild soapy water.

Avoid bleach, vinegar or similar cleaning products.

Returns

Customers have 14 days from the purchase date to withdraw from the order, without having to provide a valid reason or pay any penalty.

In order to exercise your right to withdraw, customers must notify us of their decision to withdraw from the sale asap by contacting [email protected]

Customers must then return the items at their own expense and in the same condition the item was sent to them, in the original packaging within 14 days following the notification of their decision to withdraw.

The customer shall not incur any costs in connection with this refund. Items will be refunded within 14 days following receipt of the Products.

Please note, customers are hereby informed that their payment may only be partly refunded, or not refunded at all, in case of damage to the Product(s) during transit back to us. All claims in this instance must be made with the courier used by the customer. We recommend taking clear pictures of the product prior to packaging.

All products received back by Marbrera will be fully checked upon receipt, and damage or defect will be notified to the customer straight away.

Please also note, customers are also hereby informed that the right to withdraw does not apply to any bespoke Products that are produced on the basis of the customers specifications.
