Steady Custom Cycles Tough T Handlebar requires 1/2" I.D. bushings since the riser bolts are 1/2", you may find them here: Chimera Solid Aluminum Riser Bushings PN: CH-1200

Available in 10, 12,14 or 16-inch rise.

Steady Custom Cycle’s complete handlebar line is machined, formed, and finished in the U.S.A, from .120” wall cold roll steel that has been completely TIG welded in every joint area! Powder coated Gloss Black Finish.

The factory top clamp will NOT be reused. Therefore the factory speedo will need to be relocated. This bar was made specifically for the CMX Honda Rebel 300/500 so it mounts right onto the triple tree top clamp. Upgraded Grade 8 mounting bolts are included.

There are holes in the bars to enable you to run the wiring internally.

NOTE:

*By raising the handlebar you will need to extend the throttle and clutch cables. Also extending the electrical wires to your control may also be required.*

For 10" and 12" handlebar used on a NON-ABS Rebel, you could keep the OEM brake line if you wish to, the Grey Rebel in the reference photo is using the OEM front brake line. You would need to unbolt the brake line block from the mounting tab to allow for the additional length. This would save money from needing to purchase a new front brake line when running a 10" or 12" Tough T Handlebar on a NON-ABS Rebel.
