Original Design (Seen in Photos 1-3)

The designs for Matilda center around mid-century inspired, multi-purpose bookcases assembled in squares. They beautifully frame the stage as well as slide back and forth to create different settings like the Library and the School Gates. 

In addition to the blueprints for these designs, this Design Pak also includes detailed how-tos for the various practical effects needed for the show, including magic chalkboard and tipping cup!

The Pak includes all the scenes needed to produce Matilda such as:

Simplified Design (Seen in Photos 4-6)

These designs are a simplified version of the above designs. They use less materials making for a quicker built and is ideal for theaters with less storage space. The multi-purpose letter blocks are used for Matilda's bed, library stools, and classroom seats.

5. A return label emailed to you (Domestic orders only)

Design Paks are due back two weeks after a show’s closing. Return shipping is included in domestic orders and you will receive an email with a return label when your order is fulfilled.
