The newly designed frame greatly enhances the range of joint articulation and multiple linkage mechanisms. The fingers and toes are also independently articulated, making the figure possible to pose a variety of classic Ninja Turtle moves. The turtle shells can be unfolded and rotated to reveal the cockpit for driver Leo. Eyes featured with LED can be lighted by mechanical pizza.

Die-cast parts are used in many parts to match their heaviness and high stability, making the overall weight about 1000 grams.
