The redesigned Alpinestars Tech-1 Z v2 racing shoe features a new "sock" construction designed to deliver a more sock-like fit at the ankle. This premium lightweight shoe has a more contoured shape proportioned to better adapt to the shape and movement of your feet. The result is improved comfort in the cockpit and reduced driver fatigue. There is also an ergonomic foot bed to ensure your foot maintains a natural, comfortable posture, while also allowing maximum flexibility, support and foot movement.

The Tech-1 Z v2 closure system features an upper aramidic speed lacing system integrating Alpinestars exclusively developed and proprietary wire closure system. This system strategically envelopes the foot for optimum support and structure without creating stress points. The wire system utilizes high-tensile fibers to ensure a precise and secure fit around the foot.
