The Bug-O GO-FER IV W/PENDANT, 120VAC W/RAIL – GOF-4100 is a powerful and compact rail-mounted cutting and welding tractor built for precise linear motion in challenging fabrication environments. Supporting oxy-fuel and plasma cutting—as well as plasma gouging—this portable unit offers full-position capability thanks to its rack and pinion drive and V-groove wheel design that ensures steady movement on horizontal, vertical, and overhead planes.

This model is ready for straight-line and bevel cutting applications using any 1-3/8" (35 mm) diameter machine torch with a 32-pitch gear rack. The integrated quick-action gas manifold minimizes strain on the torch hoses while enabling real-time gas flow adjustments without disrupting torch settings. A rear-mounted cable anchor is included to relieve tension on power cords and hoses for safe, efficient operation.

Designed to accommodate a wide speed range from 2.5 to 100 ipm (63.5–2540 mm/min), the GOF-4100 is optimized for both cutting and gouging with precise speed control via pendant operation. The adjustable racking system allows accurate torch positioning for straight cuts or bevels, and the built-in contactor lets you trigger and stop the plasma arc with ease. No changeover is needed to switch to gouging—just install the correct tip.
