Make the most out of your bathroom space with the Ella Tub4Two, a 32” wide by 60” long 2-seat walk-in bathtub designed to fit in a standard 60” alcove opening.

This model offers one 20″ and one 22″ wide seat and is recommended for petite to average size bathers. Please consider all bather measurements and look over model specifications to make sure this will be a good fit for you and your partner. The Tub4Two comes standard with a powerful independent foot massage and other great features. No need to fill the entire tub, the footwell fills in just a couple of minutes! The key feature of this model is the out-swinging door which allows for effortless entry and exit of the tub.

Ella’s Tub4Two is vacuum formed from a solid, long-lasting acrylic sheet. Under the acrylic shell facade is a rust proof, stainless steel frame reinforced with multiple fiberglass mesh and gelcoat layers. The Tub4Two’s main feature is two center-facing seats. It uses a U-Shape outward swing door with a gear/shaft driven 3-latch door lock. The door is made from plastic composite material with a decorative tempered glass front screen and is positioned in the middle of the tub.

The Tub4Two comes with Ella’s Dual Drain Technology consisting of 2- 2” gravity driven drains with 4- 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers, allowing a fast, reliable drain.

The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, ozone sterilization system, intensity dial control, and hydro jets. The Tub4Two has a total of 26 strategically positioned hydro jets: 18 upper fixed jets (9 per seat) provide relief to your back, hips/thighs, and 8 lower jets for your feet/calves.

The Hydro + Independent Foot Massage package uses two independently run pumps to give bathers a simultaneous full body and foot massage. Bathers can enjoy an independent foot massage within minutes of simply filling the foot well up the seat level.

The Air Jet Massage System includes an air pump with a 3-speed variable push control, strategically positioned air jets for optimal therapeutic relief, and an auto-purge to maintain an air system free of any build ups. The Tub4Two has 18 air jets: 12 upper, fixed flat jets for your back, hips/thighs, and 6 floor jets for your feet and legs.

The Tub4Two features a 2-Piece fast-fill faucet (16 GPM, based on plumbing conditions). Each faucet has a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. The lever to control the temperature of the water is included on the mounted faucet, as well as a button that can divert the water flow between the mounted faucet and hand shower.

Massage Technology

Air Jet Massage System

The Tub4Two walk-in tub has eighteen (18) strategically placed air jets in order to deliver rejuvenating therapeutic relief. Six (6) upper, fixed flat jets per seat work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, while an additional six (6) jets located in the lower foot area deliver a gentle massage to your feet and calves. Additionally, one (1) of the six (6) upper jets are bidet jets.

The air massage system includes an air pump with a 3-speed variable push control, strategically positioned air jets for optimal therapeutic relief, and auto-purge to maintain an air system free of any build ups.

Ella’s Air Jet System includes an Auto Purge System. It automatically activates 20 minutes after completing your bath in order to blow out any excess water and bacteria from the air jet lines. Auto-purge will run for 120 seconds to ensure your system is clear and free of moisture and excess water helping to prevent mildew build up.

Hydro Massage System

The Tub4Two walk-in tub has twenty six (26) strategically placed hydro jets in order to deliver optimal therapeutic relief. Nine (9) upper fixed jets per seat work to provide relief for your back, hips and thighs, while eight (8) lower adjustable jets massage your feet and calves.

The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, an eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, a hydro massage intensity control dial, and a strategically positioned hydro jet system for targeted and effective massaging.

The in-line water heater is designed to maintain the water temperature at a constant level while bathing for maximum comfort. The ozone sterilization system is the most eco-friendly, chemical free disinfectant that can eliminate a wide variety of inorganic, organic, and microbiological bacteria. This sterilization system is especially helpful in eliminating odors and hygienic maintenance.

Lastly, the hydro massage intensity control dial allows you to adjust the strength of the water stream by adding more or less air into the hydro system.

Independent Hydro Foot Massage System

The Hydro + Independent Foot and Calf Massage package uses two independently run pumps to give bathers a simultaneous full body massage and a powerful foot and calf massage. The strategically positioned upper and lower hydro jets powered by two hydro pumps include an intensity control dial to adjust the strength of the water pressure to your liking from a gentle pressure to a more rigorous Bathers can enjoy an independent foot and calf massage within minutes by simply filling the foot well up the seat level.

The Ella 2 Piece Fast Fill Faucet with pull out multi-function hand shower is perfect for your walk in bathtub or any bathtub where fill time matters. The fast fill 2 piece fills at a rate of up to 18 GPM (gallons per minute) based on in house plumbing conditions. If desired, the pull out hand shower can be used for shower while the bathtub is filled to stay warm.

Warranty

The limited lifetime warranty of parts is nontransferable and applies only to the original customer living at the address of the installation. The warranty relates to all fittings and components including: the bathtub shell, frame, motors, pumps, fixtures, electronic controls, faucet, drain, and overflow. The warranty of the door and door seal is only valid if the alignment of the bathtub and the door is done correctly, and the alignment of the door is not affected by the bather’s weight applied to the door, which may result in misalignment of the door and/or a water leak. The plated finish may be covered by the limited lifetime warranty under normal use and conditions, however the warranty does not apply to a finish that is fading, cracking, delaminating, blistering, or scouring due to excessive wear, sun fading, or cleaning. Additionally, the warranty does not extend to products previously used as display models, products that have been modified or repaired by anyone else but Ella’s Bubbles, and does not apply to any failure resulting from negligence, abuse, misuse, misapplication, chemical corrosion, or improper maintenance. A relocation of the product or alteration and/or modification made of or to the product or system(s) will void the limited lifetime warranty. Should service be required for any reason of defect or malfunction of the product, Ella’s Bubbles will ship the part to the original customer's address without charge (for the contiguous USA and Canada customers only), contingent on verification of the defect or malfunction. The TCV must be protected with a filter or mesh placed in the water lines, which must be cleaned periodically. Ella's Bubbles offers cleaning service for the cartridge for a nominal fee: labor + shipping. Cleaning of the cartridge is done at Ella's Bubbles facility, or can be completed by a contractor hired by the customer. The removal and cleaning of TCV should only be performed by a licensed and insured contractor or plumber. Non-Ella brand faucets covered under the manufacturer’s original warranty are not covered by the Ella’s Bubbles Warranty.

All Ella Tub orders are processed within 24 hours and production time is typically 3 to 10 days, unless items are out of stock.

Shipments and deliveries are handled by our third party shipping companies and the typical delivery time is 3-7 days. Email [email protected] for tracking information. Due to global shipping and logistics issues, unexpected delays in processing and delivering your order may occur. If delays occur, we will update you via email.

1.3 Shipment confirmation and order tracking

1.4 Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact [email protected] directly to file a claim within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. Please be sure to carefully open, save all packaging material, and inspect your purchase for any concealed damage before filing a claim. Inspection includes visual and an operational inspection (see product manual for details).

2.0 International Shipping Policy

2.1 Customs, duties, and taxes

Luxury Tubs Direct is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, storage, and other related costs).

Return Policy

Luxury Tubs Direct has a 30 day return policy on all Ella Tubs unless otherwise stipulated in your invoice. The restocking fee is 25% of the original order amount, less taxes and shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all associated costs of shipping the return.

To return your product, follow these steps:

1. Start the return process by emailing [email protected]

2. Once you receive authorization to return, carefully package and ship the product to Ella’s Bubbles, 2700 W Roosevelt, Chicago, IL 60608.

3. Once our warehouse team receives the returned item, it will be inspected for any damage and missing parts. Returns inspection will take 24-48 hours before generating a report for the Office Manager. If any items are missing or damaged, your refund amount will be reduced by the cost of replacing/repairing damaged or missing parts.

4. Our Office Manager will review and process your return within 24-48 hours of receiving the report from the warehouse team.

5. Once we process a return, you should expect to see a refund of your original product purchase amount plus taxes (if any charged), less 25% restocking and any additional refund deductions for damaged or missing parts. The refund amount will be reflected on your account within 5-7 business days.
