All MSpa models are recommend to have the filter cartridge replaced after every 150 hours of use.

Warranty

MSpa covers below manufacture warranty period from purchasing date:

12 months for the electric parts
6 months for the spa pool (Lite/Delight/Comfort Inflatable Spa)
12 months for the spa pool (Premium/Elite/Concept/Urban/Muse Inflatable Spa/Rigid Wall MSpa)
24 months for the rigid wall frame

All MSpa Add-On products, with their original packaging, have 30 days FREE return policy for 100% refund, 30 days from the date of receipt of the items.

For big items like MSpa Hot Tubs / Spas, to keep the sale prices down, we have not included the price of the return shipment. We request you to send the item back to the warehouse listed on delivery label, at your own cost for a 100% refund of the value of the product.
