The Inside Bar vs. Outside bar designation refers to the adjustment mechanism to slide the seat back and forth; Inside Bar means the adjustment is underneath the seat (what I would recommend) - Outside bar means the adjustment would be on the side of the seat. Double-locking slider kit with an inside release lever/actuator without tabs.

Recaro Slider Track kit includes the following:

• Right hand & left-hand tracks with 220 mm of fore/aft travel
  
• 6 M6X20 MM bolts to secure the upper track to the seat frame
  
• 4 M8X20 internal hex head (Allen) bolts to secure the lower track to an adapter/base frame/floor structure
  
• 6 washers for the M6 bolts
  
• 4 washers for the M8 bolts
  
• Inside or outside release lever (depending on configuration)
  

If you want fore-aft adjustment on your Recaro seat, you will require a set of sliders. The Recaro sliders fit between the vehicle adapter and the seat brackets. There are two types depending on how your floor adapters work - without tabs and with tabs.

Without Tabs - offers the lowest possible seating position - the total height of the sliders is 22mm (7/8"); the sliders are sandwiched between the floor mount and Seat Mount (or seat, depending on configuration); the bolts install to the floor mount perpendicular to the ground; works with flat Macht Schnell or other bar-type floor mounts only.

With Tabs - the sliders have tabs on each end with three height positions; the positions allow height and rake adjustments but means it's taller than the version without tabs - total height with the tabs is 58mm (2.25"); the tabs mean the mounting bolts install parallel to the ground; some floor mounts require the tab style (Planted or other plate-type mounts).

Recaro sliders are steel constructed - pulling the handle moves teeth on two tracks which is more secure and stable than a single track. This set of sliders has a bar on the inside of the track, which is the most commonly used for BMW & Tesla fitments. Sold per seat.
