The Gretsch Renown drum have been re-designed to cater to every drummer and can deliver whatever you need, whenever you need it. Being one of the most versatile drum around, the Grestch Renown series has always been a popular choice around the world and it's not hard to see why.

Still made from the classic 7ply Maple, Gretsch formula, drum shells complete with 30 degree bearing edges as well as Gretsch's Silver Sealer interior, just like the original Renown drums. Like that well-known saying... 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it!'

Gretsch has shifted gear by adding the 302 steel hoop to the new Renown drums, the same hoops found on the much loved Brooklyn and Broadkaster drum. The Gretsch 302 hoops are often referred to as player-friendly as they produce a focused sound similar to what can be heard from a die cast hoop but are lighter in weight and less ridged, resulting in an all round better performance.
