Using foam helps to break down oils dirt and grime and soften stubborn deposits. The ST-72.1 foam lance designed and produced by RM Suttner is a strong heavy-duty lance with an in-built air injector. The foam lance has a vented handle and stainless-steel socket with nozzle. This lance would typically be used to pre clean industrial equipment or vehicles. The lance is also heavily used within the food industry to sanitise food preparation areas. During open plant cleaning foam lengthens the contact time of the chemical on the treated surface increasing its effectiveness. When applying foam to vertical surfaces it should be applied from the bottom upwards with no overlapping of the foam. Any overlapping will make the foam heavier and slide down the walls more quickly. A foam injector is required for this product.
