ST 2000 is a 120 size engine that was the start of the range of 2000,2500,3000 and 3250 engines so it is quite large and heavy for its size. The 2500 was exacly the same casing but was stamped on the engine mount as a 25cc so you must check that. The 2000 runs on 12% oil and no more and nitro is not reccomended. My 25's and larger do not like nitro and become unreliable if used. Props for the 2000 is a 16X8 and up to a 18X8 when well run in, I have found that the wooden props give much better performance and tend to use a wood 17x8 the the 2000 and 2500.

The ST 2000 is now over 30 years old so it does not have the performance on more modern engines but they are extremly reliable and long lasting
