Karaca 316+ steel products are made with 316+ steel technology used by world-famous watch brands. The molybdenum element, which gives 316+ steel its durability, is a special substance that provides high durability as a rust and corrosion inhibitor in ocean-going ships, spacecraft, and similar vessels. Karaca's 316 steel is created by adding 18% Chromium, 12% Nickel, and 2% Molybdenum to standard steel. It is 42% more durable than conventional steel. Karaca's 316+ steel is made with the molybdenum element naturally found in nature. The inner surface of the cookware is 316 stainless steel, the middle layer is aluminium and the outer surface of the cookware is copper. It is not suitable for induction hob. It's hygienic to use. The pieces are designed perfectly balanced for a comfortable hold.
