CUSTOMIZATION: We offer a range of personalized prints on our roller shades, including your company logo, favorite artwork, family photos, or pet photos.

To create a custom design, we require an image file in .ai, .eps, .psd, .tiff, or jpeg format, with a resolution of at least 5000 pixels for the best results.

CUSTOM SIZES: Our roller shades are custom-made to fit your window, with a maximum width of 90.5 inches and a maximum length of 145 inches. Our factory will adjust the height and width to fit your window, and we provide a measurement guideline in our listing photos. After placing your order, our window roller specialist will confirm the size with you via email.

BLACKOUT AND LIGHT FILTERING: Each design comes with two options - Blackout, which blocks light and reduces UV rays, or Light Filtering, which gently filters light while maintaining your privacy. Our roller shades provide energy savings and insulation from heat and cold, as well as noise reduction and enhanced privacy.

INSIDE AND OUTSIDE MOUNT: We offer both inside and outside mount options for our roller shades. Please note that the measurement of inside mounts must be highly accurate, and the fabric of inside mounts will be approximately 1-1/2 inches narrower than your ordering width to allow for brackets. If you are concerned about light gaps, we recommend selecting the outside mount option. If you have any questions, please message us before placing your order.

SHIPPING: Our roller shades are designed in-house and manufactured overseas. For international buyers, we can arrange for our factory to ship your order to you via FEDEX or DHL.
