A Collaboration model with Casio G-Shock is born with the original design from Evangelion's official apparel brand "RADIO EVA". Using G-Shock's famous DW-6900 as the base model, matching it with all matte black and the iconic purple and bright green color theme of the first machine (EVA-01 TEST TYPE) throughout the bezel and band. In addition, the band is arranged with the accent of the original art of the eye of the first machine, fulfilling the street style as embraced by RADIO EVA design.

When the EL backlight is on, the back will turn red which is loved by Evangelion fans as if it is in the image of the NERV Central Operation Commander. At the case back, a very detailed engravement of the First machine can be seen. It also comes with a special box with the original design of the EVA-01 TEST TYPE.
