Offering a fast heat up time of only 30 minutes and weighing only 300 lbs, this pizza oven can meet any of your cooking needs.  With it's superior quality, it will cook pizzas to perfection in less than three minutes! This model is perfect not only for home but for food trucks, trailers, tailgating, events, fairs, parties, breweries, and almost anything else you can dream.

This modern, wood-fired pizza oven is the real deal!  Handmade in Portugal, each oven is slightly different giving each pizza oven a true authentic and unique style.

The outer wall is Aluminum and the inner wall is Stainless Steel (double wall) containing a high temperature special ceramic blanket. Stainless Steel wall is ideal offering resistance to salt and sea corrosion while the oven floor is made with refractory floor tiles offering the perfect amount of heat.   The external decorative facade bricks are composed of refractory cement (Lafarge), while the inside structure is made of forged iron.  This allows the oven to stay hot on the inside for hours while staying cool on the outside!

Productivity:

Up to 150 - 10" pizzas or 80 - 12" pizzas per hour. Cooks pizzas in under 3 minutes. These ovens use 5-7 lbs of wood per hour depending upon moisture.

These ovens require “all-weather” protection from rain, sleet and snow, fallen leaves, and protection from harsh elements when not in use. If you don’t have a cover, we offer them for purchase. These are beautiful ovens that are meant to last for a very long time, if taken care of properly!

IMPORTANT!  If you will be using this oven for a food truck or trailer, it MUST be modified in order to handle the suspension.  Your vehicle must have satisfactory suspension and the face of the oven must be secured with added bolts from the dome into the face.  We can provide an instructional video to assist with this.  This is an after purchase modification so warranty is voided if not properly modified.  

NEW!!! - If using this for a food truck, select our Professional Series Maximus Prime.  This model is designed for travel with a reinforced face of the oven.  It is road ready with no modification necessary to keep your warranty intact!  They are also double thickness at 1mm of stainless steel.  More robust and perfect for food trucks or catering customers who use their ovens on a daily basis!
