The Saputo Biscotto oven floor offers unmatched cooking uniformity!  The Passione Oven is the larger model of the dual fuel line (the Bollore model is slightly smaller) with a cooking floor size of 23.62"X31.50".  At only 138lbs, it is even lightweight enough to be portable!  The easily removable burner allows easy conversion from and LPG(Propane) fired oven to a classic woodfired oven (please note that this oven is not designed to cook with both gas and wood at the same time).  Reaching temperatures of up to 1022°F you can cook a variety of foods such as meats, vegetables, breads, etc in addition to mouthwatering pizzas.
