The Saputo Biscotto oven floor offers unmatched cooking uniformity!  The Bollore Oven is the smaller model of the dual fuel line (the Passione model is slightly larger) with a cooking floor size of 23 5/8"X 23 5/8".  At only 110lbs, it is even lightweight enough to be portable!  The easily removable burner allows easy conversion from an LPG(Propane) fired oven to a classic woodfired oven.  Reaching temperatures of up to 1022°F you can cook a variety of foods such as meats, vegetables, breads, etc in addition to mouthwatering pizzas.
