The beautiful smooth gray cast stone framed door creates a beautiful focal feature.  With a lower dome and wider opening than the Lisboa oven line, heat is sent to the oven floor.  This wood-fired oven can cook a pizza in as little as 90 seconds in addition to cooking a variety of meats, vegetables, breads, desserts, etc!  

  Handmade in Portugal, this oven is constructed out of true brick instead of the clay construction of some other ovens which allows for high heat production and fewer cracks over time.  It also has a beautiful stone arch for a little added style!  Here are just a few of the features of this beautiful oven:

Hybrid Option Available! - Natural Gas or LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) - Purchased Separately.  The M-1 or Auto E-1 size burner is recommended by the manufacturer for this oven.  Please note: damage from installing this or ANY burner on ANY of the Authentic Pizza Ovens will void ANY warranty.  Pre-Drilled ovens for gas capability are now available for order! Some orders may have a 8-12 week lead time and will be an added charge of $500. Please let us know by emailing [email protected] if you would like your oven pre-drilled.  

These ovens require “all-weather” protection from rain, sleet and snow, fallen leaves, and protection from harsh elements when not in use. If you don’t have a cover, we offer them for purchase. These are beautiful ovens that are meant to last for a very long time, if taken care of properly!
