Pizza Oven Burner Options:

This Manual Burner does not require electrical power with an easy push-button pilot that is lit with a high-voltage spark.  To set the flame to high or low simply turn the dial.  If you don't have electrical power where your oven will be set up or if price is important, the manual burner would be best.  

Manual-2 LPG (Propane) option:

The Automatic Burner makes cooking a breeze with the gas coming on as required from the temperature set on display in a "set it and forget it" temperature regulation.  Boost setting and manual override included.  Requires 110v power.  This option is ideal for commercial pizza ovens!
