Our professionally remanufactured bikes set the industry standard, which competitors can only try to emulate. This process is done to the manufacturer’s specifications and is conducted exclusively in-house, allowing for complete control over quality. Our certified products are truly in a class of their own.

Painted Finish \| Powder Coating
We are the only remanufacturing facility in the World of Fitness with our own In-House Silica Sandblasting and Powder Coating Facility. All of our machines frames and metal parts are run through this process and can therefore be considered truly remanufactured.

Mechanical \| Alternators & Bearings

Our electronics engineering department is responsible for dismantling, diagnosing and rebuilding all alternators. To provide an exceptional product, this product must be rebuilt (or replaced) to ensure perfect functionality and performance. Batteries are recycled and replaced as necessary.

Electronics

The technicians in our electronics lab inspect and run each board through a series of tests using scopes and other sophisticated testing equipment. Often, basic repairs can be made returning the part to a perfect condition. If this is not possible, parts are recycled and replaced.

Console Overlays | Touch-Screens

This part is the user’s direct connection to the machine and is the initial way a user may distinguish the machine from new, thus a fresh overlay is key. We replace all overlays with new ones to ensure reliability, longevity and a blemish free machine that will last for the long haul.

Decals | Emblems

All emblems and decals are replaced with new ones, as a pre-requisite to our remanufacturing process. To achieve a “like-new” machine, it is imperative that even the smallest details are affected and perfected, adhering with the manufacturer’s original cosmetic specifications.

Drive Belts | Crank Assembly

It is easy to cut costs and use cheap entry level replacement parts such as belts and assemblies but at GFI, we use Premium drive belts. Crank assemblies are either rebuilt or recycled and replaced with new ones. These ensure easy use and extend the life of the part and machine.

Shrouds Covers | Plastics

We often replace the shrouds on our products unless they are in pristine condition. Often our competitors will choose to repair and paint these parts which over time will look worn and old, and may just as easily break again. Our process ensures a better product overall.
