HBP Series Heat Regenerative Desiccant Air Dryer

The HBP Series from Altec AIR is engineered to deliver exceptional drying performance using a heat regenerative design combined with an industrial duty blower. This blower directs heated atmospheric air through the off-line desiccant bed in a counter-current flow, effectively removing absorbed moisture from the previous cycle.

To avoid dew point spikes or “heat bumps,” the HBP Series also includes an auxiliary cooling/stripping cycle that uses just 1.7% of dry process air, ensuring consistent, ultra-dry air with minimized energy waste.
