RFS® allows you to set up your anchoring point quickly and easily on the desired height best for the particular exercise. The locking mechanism not only locks the anchor in the desired position for the desired exercise but also allows you additionally fix it to the bar. The anchor can be locked to a total of 30 different heights. Anchor design gives you the ability to quickly hook the band and exercise or keep all your bands installed all the time and stuck them to your handles or other accessories as per your resistance need. RFS® is installed on 6 points to your wall providing even distribution of the constant pull forces.

NOTE! Constant and big forces are applied to the anchor points during the exercise. Please note that RFS®is not recommended and Should not be installed on the drywall. It requires the installation on a solid wall in your home or a solid surface strong enough to resist at least 130 kg / 250 LBS pulling power. For this reason, all you need for your RFS to be installed to the hollow block, brick, or concrete wall is included in the set. Other fixings are not included. If you decide not to follow the recommendation, we highly suggest consulting an expert to help you. Installing RFS®to any other surface from recommended is at your own risk and can result in injuries or product malfunction.
