Join Chef Helen in the HKS Kitchen for the next installment of Supper Club at Helen's Table as she shares an array of recipes highlighting one of her favorite ingredients – the Hatch green chile. You’ll begin with a refreshing prickly pear margarita and a market salad tossed in a tangy prickly pear vinaigrette. For the main course, you’ll craft a pasta piñon verde with grilled salmon and elote flatbread. Then chef will treat you to a specially prepared salted caramel sundae, a delightfully sweet and satisfying finale to a delicious evening. Come experience the fresh, desert-inspired flavors of the Southwest. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:
