The Ladder Extension Davit Kit is designed to provide continuous safety by allowing the user to remain connected at all times when transitioning from a ladder to a raised working surface. This essential tool attaches to the upper section of the ladder and is compatible with rungs ranging from Ø0.87” (22mm) to Ø1.73” (44mm) in diameter. It is constructed from alloy steel and coated black for durability.

Installation

1. If the Ladder System includes the Extension Arm, install it in place of the Upper Mounting Bracket, as it comes pre-installed with the Mounting Bracket.
2. Follow the simple steps for easy installation:
   • Hold the extension arm against the upper last three rungs of the ladder.
   • Position the fisher plate in front of the extension arm.
   • Insert the provided U-bolts through the rung into the fisher plate and tighten the nuts.
   • Repeat for the second rung from the top.
   • For the third rung, insert the U-bolt through the ladder rung into the slot on the extension arm and tighten the nuts.

This ensures a secure attachment, providing the necessary support and safety for users transitioning from the ladder to a raised working surface.
