The DayStar SolaREDi 127mm Prominence Model is a fully integrated Hydrogen Alpha solar telescope designed for exceptional views of solar prominences and limb activity. Featuring built-in Quantum control, a custom-designed 127mm achromatic doublet, and a lightweight carbon fiber OTA, this telescope is ideal for both amateur solar astronomers and outreach programs.

With a 0.6–0.9Å FWHM bandpass, the Prominence model prioritizes bright and detailed edge structures of the Sun, offering an immersive solar viewing experience. The compact system measures just 31.1 inches (dew shield retracted) and weighs only 13.6 lbs, making it highly portable without compromising optical performance.

It operates on 12V DC and includes Quantum Control Software compatibility, digital wavelength tuning accurate to 0.01Å, and an included Vixen-style dovetail and mounting rings.
