The Winter Woods Sweater is a beautiful design by Jessica McDonald. This gorgeous colorwork yoke begins with gentle swags of pine boughs and moves to a gentle smattering of little snowflakes. Then, the large snowflakes are the star of the yoke and they are followed by smaller flecks of snow onto the body and sleeve. 

The aptly named Winter Woods Sweater is knit with WoolDreamers Manchelopis which are plates of unspun wool.  Knitting with unspun wool is a different and wonderful experience and results in a lofty and warm fabric. The Winter Woods sweater is a cozy yet light-weight sweater.

Construction:

This sweater is knit seamlessly top-down in the round.  Short rows are used to shape the back neck just below the neckline.

Sizing:  This sweater is designed to be worn with 2-6" of positive ease. Sizing based on finished actual measurements.

Size 1 - up to 37" (4 plates)
Size 2 - up to 49.75" (5 plates)
Size 3 - up to 61.5" (6 plates)
