It is now one of the most widely used rudder servos in radio sailing world wide!

Although designed and speced  for DF Class boats, the DFMGD1's dual ball bearing, coreless motor contruction,  light weight metal case, and bonus metal arm have made this a go to servo for many other classes of boats including One Metres, RG65s, and many others! 

We have specifically speced and tested this servo to be best in class precise, and powerful, all in a Mini servo, heat dispersing / metal case 20g size . Treatment with Corrosion X , Marine Grease or other dielectics will increase water resistance. The motherboard is also coated for more water resistance

This multi voltage servo (5.0 - 8.4v) is capable of being powered by LiFe, LiPo and many other battery types.

The DFMGD1 is  DF95 & DF65  Restricted Class Compliant (fits in the tray without alteration) , but powerful enough for most radio racing classes looking to save weight space without sacrificing dependibility, torque, and precision!
