Complete New Old Stock Vorex 11" Spatula Forged Stainless Steel Rosewood Thiers, France Collection [Rz56VJpA]

Forged and hand ground stainless steel with through tang rosewood handle fitted with brass ferrule ring. The tang extends to the end of the handle where it is capped with a brass fitting like a cuisine massive / Nogent knife. 

These are from old unused stock made in Theirs, France from approximately the 1960‘s to 80's. They are thin and light 

Even though this is stainless, please, no dishwasher or soaking.
