New Old Stock Thiers Issard Sabatier 4 Star elephant carbon steel round tipped slicing knife in original sleeve. These have a somewhat stiff blade, and would be great for all sorts of slicing jobs where thin straight slices with minimal pull apart are key.

These are unused and but might show some light scuffs on sleeves or small rust spots on tangs. Carbon steel from this era sharpens super easily on stones and comes back with a few swipes on a sharpening steel. Most of these have a wax coating that can be removed with rubbing alcohol.
