We are excited to be the first North American retailer of this superior quality cookware line. Made from a family-owned company in Niigata, their aluminum core, stainless clad cookware collection is made with the motto, "made to last 3 generations."

Their pots are made with 5 layers of aluminum sheets which are sandwiched between stainless steel, ending with a total of 7 layers. This allows for excellent heat conductivity and heat retention.

They are one of only a handful of cookware companies who make everything in-house, including their machine parts for each of their products. One pot can have up to 10 different molds for parts.

They pride themselves also on their polishing- while most competitors skip many steps, they religiously follow 7 steps just for polishing. This allows their cookware to be coated with oil evenly.
