Trade in gyuto in good condition without original packaging. This stainless clad carbon knife has been refurbished to repair some edge damage but still remains rather thin but also tougher than factory which is nice. For a 270mm it shows up as more nimble from the lightweight nature of the thin convex grinding. There don't appear to be any current comps for the length and octagonal handle in this configuration from Akifusa which would indicate it was made 2012-17, maybe 2020.

Overall the knife is in great working condition with expected signs of use in the form of some slight blemishes. The handle is in really great condition given the amount of use the knife saw and it even still has it's "handmade" sticker on the ferrule.
