The sale of these products plays a critical role in helping the company support access to furnaces, training and development for our aspiring glassblowers. A minimum of 15 years experience is required for a Glassblower to join our Production team.

The production of coloured baubles, and delivery of glass making experiences, enables the company to offset some of the substantial costs of employment & training. With fewer than 30 Production Glassblowers remaining in the UK the skill is to be formally classified as an Endangered Heritage Craft in 2025.

With no apprenticeship funding, or government support for training for this craft, your  purchase of these decorations plays an important role in helping  to sustain the craft and pass on knowledge to younger generations.

For safekeeping the baubles is supplied in a rigid branded Cumbria Crystal presentation box.

Being hand-made baubles will vary somewhat in size, weight and colour/pattern.
