The Onyx Orbit hanging electric fire delivers a dramatic suspended centrepiece, granting an expansive panoramic view of an exposed flame effect and lifelike oak logs. Thanks to its pendant aesthetic, these ceiling-hung designer fires are particularly suited to open living spaces whether mounted to flat or vaulted ceilings.

For a mesmerising fireside ambience that can be enjoyed from almost anywhere in the room, once installed, Onyx Orbit ceiling hung electric fires can be rotated up to 340° to alter the viewing aspect to your preferred angle.

For those mounting to vaulted or angled ceilings, the fully adjustable bracket option allows for mounting the Onyx Orbit onto a ceiling up to a 60° angle.

  Mood-enhancing lighting

  
  Oribit fires use Gazco’s Chromalight triple lighting system to create a mesmerising display with a variety of possibilities. Vivid flame effects are projected to appear amongst the fuel bed for a deep. Three-dimensional display and can be set to natural amber, striking blue or even a combination of the two.
  
  Your choice of flame colour is enhanced with matching down-lighting. which bathes the fuel bed in either warming amber or cool white for an immersive display.
  
  The Chromalight up-lighting illuminates the fuel effects from below, creating a relaxing and mood-enhancing ambience. Whether set to amber for an authentic glowing ember bed, or one the 13 other atmospheric colour choices. Fuel bed lighting can also gradually cycle through each colour for a changing spectrum that provides the ultimate wow factor.

  The Gazco Onyx Orbit Fire’s advanced thermostatic handset gives you full control over the fire’s host of features. Flames, fuel bed lighting and ambient heating can all be controlled independently to create the desired atmosphere, with or without heat.
  Innovative energy saving features let you ‘set and forget’ the Orbit to turn heating on or off automatically, as well as intelligently manage the heat output to minimise energy use, allowing you to completely immerse yourself in the visual effects

Installation and Safety

This product does not come with a standard three-pin plug, and therefore requires full installation to the mains by a qualified electrician. Onyx Orbit electric fires require a minimum 1mm² CSA / 16 AWG cable. Please refer to the instruction manual supplied with the product for full information. It is recommended that persons under the age of 12 should not be left unattended with the product when in operation unless a suitable fireguard is used to protect them against the possibility of direct contact.
