Sizing Info: Birkenstock recommends a roomy fit so your feet should have a lot of wiggle room. We recommend 1/4" between the end of your toes and heel and the end of the footbed. Your foot should feel like it is sitting in the footbed and not on it. In addition, always get used to your new footwear slowly. A few hours each day for 5 or 6 wearings is recommended. This will allow their feet and body to gradually get used to the contoured arch support, as well as the straps and buckles. Over time the cork footbed will start to mold to your foot to create a personalized and comfortable fit.

If you are between two sizes, choose the next size up because feet are generally larger when you stand.
