Heavy Gauge Flavor grids perform by allowing heat to rise unobstructed from burners, dispersing heat quickly, flavoring the food by vaporizing juices and creating smoke, giving that delicious BBQ flavor.  

The seamless double wall 90 degree hood has an easy lift lid for quick access and efficient exhaust. 

The Fire Magic C540i-RT1 includes a large Analog Thermometer with polished stainless steel bezel that’s embedded in the hood with a forward angle for easy viewing as it measures up to 1000F.
