1. Front Engraving

The front of this disc charm necklace is custom engraved with actual baby footprints, name, birth date, birth length and weight

The center of the pendant will be engraved with your baby's actual footprints. Your baby's name, date of birth, time of birth, weight and length can be engraved around the footprints.
Option 1. Select UPLOAD FOOTPRINT IMAGE to upload an image of the footprints you want engraved and enter the birth details in the text fields that appear.
Option 2. If you wish to pre-view your engraving before you order, click REQUEST ENGRAVING PROOF, and email an image of your baby's footprints, and the birth details you want engraved. Select UPLOAD ENGRAVING PROOF to upload your proof.
