It can run around up to 80 miles in electric assist mode. Of course, the range for a single battery charge can vary greatly depending on conditions such as the combined weight of the rider and ebike, wind resistance, tyre pressure and tread profile, terrain and elevation changes, road or trail surface, outdoor temperature, maintenance of the E-Bike and the condition of the battery.

Can I use it during rainy days?

Yes, Eskute Ebikes are IP5 waterproof and can use during rainy days and ride in puddles. But we recommend not to use it in heavy rain considered safety. Please avoid putting the e-bike in water, or cleaning with a high-pressure water gun to avoid damage to electronic components and wiring due to soaking.

Why doesn't the display show anything when charging?

Because the battery has a self-protection system for discharge prohibition, the display won’t light up and show the charging process. You should disconnect the charger before checking the charging conditions by the LED indicator on the battery; one red and three green means it’s fully charged. Another fully charged signal is the battery status on display shows one red +one orange +three white when you turn it on.
