This OPTi Digital Handheld Refractometer has it’s primary scale set to a wide °Brix range of 0-95. Due to the full range available this refractometer is popular with customers for a broad range of requirements. Ideal for food producers that want to measure across the whole Brix range, including incoming fruit, juice or concentrated fruit pulp, vegetables, sauces, jams, jellies, gums, raw sugar liquids, blended sugars and honey. It is especially useful for use in the confectionery manufacturing industry.

This OPTi refractometer comes with 1 preset scale and 2 empty scales ready for user definition.
