INVERT-A-BOLT™ FASTENERS

Patented Invert-A-Bolt™ Fasteners are used to hold parts from the bottom, eliminating obstructions (clamps, bolts, etc.) to machining and drastically reducing setup times. You’ll get to see this in action with our acrylic sample Fasteners.

ZIPBUSHING™ PRECISION THREADED LOCATOR BUSHINGS

The ZipBushing™ Precision Threaded Locator Bushing is our patented multi-purpose hole. It is used for dowel pins, shoulder screws, screws, and our XZertZ™ Retractable Dowel Pins. 

RETRACTABLE DOWEL PINS

The XZertZ™ Retractable Dowel Pins are used for locating and designed to go in and out of the multi-purpose hole; they are always located in the fixture and ready to advance whenever you need them. They can be used in a slot or in the ZipBushing™ Precision Threaded Locator Bushing. 

LIVOTs™ - LOCATING DIVOTS

Precision counter bores at the bottom of the slot assist the T-Slot locator in accurately positioning linearly in the slot.

T-SLOT FASTENERS

T-slot Fasteners are made for efficiency. They come in 16mm or 18mm slot sizes. 16mm sizes, enabled with a ¼ turn design are installed in this kit. What’s great about this modular fixture Demo Kit is that it is a hybrid between a standard grid modular fixture and a T-slot fixture.
