The Gregson-Clark Spreader-Mate is a totally self contained "drop in" sprayer that can be installed in most commercial broadcast spreaders. In less than a minute you can convert your spreader into a fully functional walk behind sprayer. The Spreader-Mate is ideal for turf and ornamental applications. The Spreader-Mate type B-5 GPM is equipped with a 5 gallon per minute pump and boom that provides 80" of spray width.

Note: Spreader-Mate is only the insert for spreaders. When purchasing a Spreader-Mate the spreader is not included.

Standard Features

Tank:
9 Gallon polyethylene with 5" lid. Brass threaded inserts for pump and battery. 

Pump:
12 Volt Flojet diaphragm pump. 5.0 GMP with 10 amp draw at 20 PSI.

Pressure:
Adjustable 0-60 PSI regulator with pressure gauge.

Agitation:
Pump recirculation agitation.

Battery:
12-volt sealed. 90 min continuous run time.

Boom:
3 section spring breakaway and retract. Physical width 62" with an effective spray width of 80". 20" Nozzle spacing.

Nozzles:
Dripless nozzle bodies with 1/4 turn cap and 50 mesh tip screen. Shutoff caps provide individual nozzle selection.

Spray Wand:
Lightweight poly trigger with 15" wand and 8 foot self retracting hose.

Control:
Handlebar mounted on/off toggle switch.

Storage:
Truck mounted quick attach bracket available as extra.

Warranty:
One year parts replacement against manufactures defects, excluding pump elastomers, and battery.

High Capacity Battery – 12 volt 33ah replacement battery for those who need longer battery life. This battery will provide 120 minuets of continuous use VS 90 minuets on the standard battery.

Spreader-Mate Battery Charger – Used to recharge batteries once back to the shop.
